These magic non-stick silicone baking mats are excellent for rolling out pastry, marzipan, macaroons, icing or chocolate work and, most importantly, they are dishwasher safe and heat-resistant up to 250C.
They will withstand 5 years or more of constant use and are dishwasher safe, microwave and freezer safe.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
What I’m made from: Platinum silicone. Silicone is made from the silica found in sand which makes it a resilient, long lasting alternative to plastic that has similar properties to glass.
How to use me: Use me as a replacement for single use baking paper or foil. Use me for roast veggies, pizza, biscuits, bread and more.
How to keep me clean: I can go in the dishwasher but will last longer if you hand wash me. Hot fat/oils may mark me.
How to keep me safe: Please be gentle as I may rip if pierced with a sharp object. I’m pretty resilient and can go in a standard domestic oven (up to 250 degrees celsius), microwave & freezer.
How to dispose of me: I should last years if looked after. At the end of my life span I can be returned to Big Bite Eco, put into your recycling bin (check if your council recycles silicone) or taken to a commercial recycling facility.

Lack of communication
I was excited to support local businesses by purchasing from Big Bite Eco. However, it's coming up to 2 months and I still haven't received my order. In addition, my attempts to contact the company to query the delay took a long time to receive a response. When I was eventually contacted, I was told attempts to contact me had been made - which I do not believe was truthful as I had no emails, texts/calls or response to my Facebook and online query. This excuse was also given to a friend of mine who has also been waiting a significant time for her order with no response to her attempts to contact either. I am unable to review a product I still haven't sighted. I was refunded for 1 item which was out of stock and was not going to be available again. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and amount of time I've been waiting for this order.
